SHIPPING AND PICKUP

Shipping

You may not receive updates or tracking information until your order has been fully processed and the freight carrier has had sufficient time to upload tracking details into their system. Once this occurs, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number for your wines.

Due to wine-shipping restrictions, we cannot ship wine to the following locations:

  2. Delaware (DE)

  3. Iowa (IA)

  4. Illinois (IL)

  5. Kansas (KS)

  6. Kentucky (KY)

  7. Louisiana (LA)

  8. Massachusetts (MA)

  9. Michigan (MI)

  10. Mississippi (MS)

  11. New Hampshire (NH)

  12. New Mexico (NM)

  13. New York (NY)

  14. North Dakota (ND)

  15. Oklahoma (OK)

  16. Rhode Island (RI)

  17. South Dakota (SD)

  18. Tennessee (TN)

  19. Utah (UT)

  20. Virginia (VA)

  21. U.S. Virgin Islands (VI) (territory)

  22. Any location outside the United States

Fulfillment:

  • Wines ship from our fulfillment center.

  • Books are fulfilled directly from our office.

  • The exception is the Holiday Gift Bag bundle, which ships together.

Pickup

We offer office pickup for online orders.
Please note that our office is not a retail storefront and staffing is limited.

After placing an order for pickup, please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before coming to our location. This notification confirms that your order has been prepared and is ready for collection.

At pickup:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required.

  • The person picking up must be 21 years of age or older.

  • The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

If you need someone else to pick up on your behalf, please email us in advance with their full name. We will add them as an authorized pickup contact, and they will also be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at pickup.

Our general business hours are weekdays from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (excluding national holidays), though staff availability may vary throughout the day.
To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please reply to the “Ready for Pickup” email with the day and time you plan to arrive.

Walk-In or Same-Day Pickups (Unscheduled Visits)

If you stop by without scheduling and a team member happens to be onsite, you may still place an order on your mobile device through our website.
Once your online order is successfully processed and payment is verified, we can prepare it for you on the spot.

Important Notes

  • Cash and card payments are NOT accepted at the office.
    All purchases must be completed online before any product can be released.

  • The office may occasionally be closed during normal business hours.
    Availability for unscheduled visits is not guaranteed.

  • For the best experience, we strongly recommend emailing ahead to confirm availability.
