Dreaming Up the Vision

Creating a Tierra Luna Cellars tasting room is more than setting up a bar—it’s crafting an experience. From the beginning, we asked ourselves: What should guests feel when they walk in? Inspired? Transported to the vineyards? Connected to the journey of our wines?

Our vision is simple: to honor our roots, celebrate our wines, and welcome wine lovers from all walks of life. And of course, we’ll add a touch of celestial charm with astronaut-inspired décor—a nod to our founder, former NASA astronaut José M. Hernández—bridging the worlds of space and wine for a truly unique experience.

Blueprinting the Space

We’re currently in the blueprint stage, where imagination meets reality. Collaborating with architects and designers, we’re planning every detail to create the perfect tasting environment.
